Intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection (IMSI)
IMSI is an advanced form of ICSI where the selected sperm is chosen from very high magnification imaging for better fertilization and even the embryo develoption.
However, it measures the integrity of the sperm DNA. This diagnostic tests for DNA fragmentation at high levels and reduces fertility potential, and both high levels of DNA fragmentation and high levels are not detected in standard semen analysis.
Sperm Function Test for Vitality (HOS)
The Hypo Osmotic Swelling (HOS) test assesses sperm vitality and function, and is used to determine if sperm are able to fertilize an egg, regardless of the motility of the sperm being tested.
Endometrial Receptivity Array (ERA)
The ERA test is performed to determine receptivity of the uterine lining, allowing the timing of embryo transfer to be precisely matched to implantation. This test increases the chances of success in IVF cycles.
Preimplantation genetic testing for Aneuploidies (PGT-A)
PGT-A is a genetic test for embryos that results in finding chromosomal abnormalities. The result is betterselection of the healthiest embryos for transfer, which reduces the risk of miscarriage and improves chances of pregnancy.
Platelet Rich Plasma Treatment (PRP)
PRP therapy is a regenerative treatment which can help improving the function of ovaries and the endometrial thickness, especially for women with thin uterine lining or poor ovarian response. It increases the likelihood of the implantation, and eventually pregnancy.
